PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE
This is a super easy recipe that yields excellent results!

BIG GREEN EGG SET UP
Preheat your Big Green Egg to 350F You want to use your plate setter with the legs down. You will not need the grill grate. Do not use smoking wood!
DIRECTIONS
Allow the cake to cool approx 10 minutes before flipping. Place a plate upside down covering the skillet. In one smooth motion, flip both of them. Your cake should slide out very easily.

- 1- Stick of Butter
- 1 – Cup Brown Sugar
- 4-5 Pineapple Rings
- 1 Bx of any Yellow Cake MiX
EQUIPMENT
- Plate Setter
- Cast Iron Skillet

Preheat your Big Green Egg to 350F You want to use your plate setter with the legs down. You will not need the grill grate. Do not use smoking wood!
DIRECTIONS
- Mix your cake batter per the directions on the box.
- Slice your pineapple rings to desired thickness
- Place the cast iron skillet directly on top of the plate setter
- Melt the whole stick of butter in the skillet
- Once melted, melt in the brown sugar
- Once melted, place your pineapple rings in the bottom of the skillet
- Pour in your cake batter
