I celebrated my birthday with a little surf & turf cooked on my Big Green Egg that turned out pretty stellar. It was a pretty decent birthday. Half way to 70!! WooHoo!! No if only Amazon can deliver my package!

I am planning a MONSTER 15" deep dish pizza this weekend. What toppings do you like on your pizza? I'll be making a buttery crust and sauce from scratch! I hope it turns out well! Prepped a chicken with potatoes and carrots. It will roast in the Egg for about 1-1/2 hours. This will be delicious! |
