Breakfast - Saturday Morning
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! I started off the day with an egg poached inside of an avocado. Love this combination!
Saturday Dinner - Trying a new product
I received a new product to try. SOS (Schwing's Oyster Shells) make grilling oysters easy! I have had oysters slide out of their natural shells many times. The brine and butter would slowly drip out from their odd shape. The SOS solve all of these problems!

Overnight cook - Saturday
I threw this 7lb’er on the smoker late Saturday night for Sunday lunch. Smoked at 250F using peach wood. I added a Siracha seasoning to my rub and injected it with a sweet thai chili sauce. Holy crap. This was phenomenal!! Everyone loved it and it was a nice change from the traditional BBQ pork.
Dinner - Sunday
LOBSTA!!!! I get a steal on a couple lobster tails which made for an awesome dinner! I grilled these direct at 500F for maybe 5 minutes. They were seasoned with a little bit of EVOO and salt.
