I've got some BIG weekend plans!
First, I was contacted by a photographer that works for ehow.com that wants to photograph my Big Green Egg for an ehow article! How EGGciting!! It sounds like the photo shoot will be Saturday morning.
Secondly, I will be in the testing mode for a couple new recipes! I will probably be refining a clam bake recipe that I tried last night. Any suggestions??
